"My pictures are oil on canvas or canvas-board, in standard sizes (between 60×80 cm and 90×100 cm). I find inspiration in the artefacts of ancient civilizations, the vestiges of their architecture, science fiction literature, but also in the various visions and sensations I evoke by meditation, and in astonishingly shaped or coloured animals. I usually work on three or more pictures simultaneously, but these are unconnected pieces in sharp contrast to each other in terms of mood and subject. Tranquillity, quiet and the proximity of nature, the essential conditions for meditation, are indispensable prerequisites for my creating process. That is why I took up residence among the picturesque rolling hills and woods of the Upper Balaton National Park in Hungary. (click here! photos of my residence) To convey harmony and vigour through colour and form is a priority for me. I want the spectator to find positive feelings in my work which bring them spiritual recreation. My works are symbols of freedom. Just as a bunch of meadow flowers represents the summer and a winging falcon stands for the soaring mind, my pictures are framed messengers of man's spiritual freedom."
